Aleta loves Real Estate because it gives her the opportunity to help people realize their dreams! She whole-heartedly embraces the Keller Williams philosophy of “win-win or no deal” and strives every day to make home buying and selling a fun and stress-free process for her clients. Prior to becoming a licensed agent in 2005, Aleta worked for a supplier of high-end custom home designs and materials. She holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from the College of the Built Environment at the University of Washington. In addition to real estate, Aleta‘s background includes developing and managing energy conservation programs for utilities and the public sector, and she also had a career in high tech sales where she negotiated contracts with businesses for software and cloud-based applications and services.These experiences further prepared her to serve her real estate clients with expertise in problem-solving, digital marketing and contract negotiation.
